Family Behavior Chart... a work in progress.

I'm sure this little guy is bound to evolve as I use it, but I've found that I need a behavior chart just as much as my children.  I need to speak softer, make time for quality time with my babies, and practice patience every single day.  Note how I say practice patience, not be patient.  I'm working on that one.  Can you guess what my new year resolution is going to be?  I need to brush of on my motherin' skills and try to be better.  Because I love those little nuggets and I want to make sure they know it!
